Please meet . . .

Whimsical bird carvings in the Pennsylvania tradition.

Don has always been fascinated with the Folk Art of the Pennsylvania Germans.
Colorful bird carvings and bird trees especially make him smile.
True inspiration came when he and his wife Janie travelled throughout Pennsylvania
on antique buying trips.  It was Janie who encouraged Don to pick up a knife and carve
and it's Janie who adds the paint decoration.
From the first carved "goonie bird" to present day, their work has evolved to include, lamps,
bird trees, sculptures, whirly-gigs and many one of a kind items.
